STEP UP - Empowering Girls in High School Physics

The percentage of female students taking introductory high school physics courses in Canada trails behind male students, with a further decrease in percentage in advanced courses. The STEP UP series of lessons were developed to empower teachers to inspire young women to pursue physics as a field of study. Come find out how to implement these lessons in your classes and how to get involved in the STEP UP program.
